Based on site usage statistics we upgraded from a desktop only website to deliver a mobile friendly user experience from point of information to point of sale making it easier for orders to be placed by mobile and tablet users. The site utilises a product file upload for over 7000 lines of stock complete with image uploads and much more. All product marketing artwork is controlled through the CMS with images and product links easily updated by site administrators. Add to that the series of reports we built in for sales, site traffic and customers and the site is out performing the desktop version by 212% increase in site traffic.
An improved user experience for site users has led to an increase in orders from customers using mobile and tablet devices.
